i really like that she in on the table. i also like the shadow she makes on the table. i think that light is pretty harsh though. maybe tune it down.
flash in the glasses is distracting and the light looks too close on her hands, but i like the overall feel.
I like her facial expression! It might of been neat if she filled the frame more instead of the white wall.
Nice broad light across the model, maybe if the flash was pointed up towards her face more, her face would be lit better instead of her hand.

I like the setup and how you can see her cool shoes. the crop is creative, but a I think it's a little too tight on her right side.
